Duties for our Dental Assistant (DA) Include:
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Maintain equipment accordingly
- Manage cases and follow up with patients
- Scan with Medit
- Monitor inventory and order supplies monthly
- Train second assistant when time comes
- Designing and milling is a plus
