The Opportunity

Are you a dental leader who knows how to build a strong team, create accountability, and turn practice growth into consistent execution?

Beecher Crossing Dental is a growing 10-operatory private practice in Gahanna with a clear vision: grow from approximately $1.3M in annual collections to $4M+ over the next 2–3 years while building an exceptional team, culture, and operational foundation.

We're looking for an Office Manager who can bring people together, create structure, develop the team, and help turn that vision into execution.

What You'll Lead 📈

• Lead, coach, and develop the team while creating healthy accountability
• Improve scheduling, patient flow, hygiene capacity, and utilization across 10 operatories
• Strengthen case acceptance and the overall patient experience
• Establish simple operational systems and track meaningful KPIs
• Partner with ownership to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team

Our goal is to surpass $2M in annual collections and continue progressing toward $4M+ — without sacrificing the people, patient experience, or culture behind that growth.
