Our office is seeking a skilled, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in Nashua. If you’re passionate about patient care, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the dental assisting team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Manage clinical workflow and coordinate with front office staff
• Train and mentor new dental assistants
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside manner

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols
• X-ray certification (preferred, willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
