La Costa Dental Excellence is a private practice focused on wellness-based dentistry and exceptional patient care. We’re looking for an experienced RDA/DA who is positive, organized, confident, dependable, and motivated to grow.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$35/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily morning huddles
• Assist the dentist and provide excellent patient care
• Treat every patient with kindness and professionalism
• Support teammates and contribute to daily goals
• Maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Take initiative and continuously improve
